The Lake overflows. Bobcats barely escape the flood.

Hi guys I know it has been a while. As I mentioned earlier, I have a lot of college work!

13-5 Bobcats v 7-11 Lakers
The Lakers opened up the game on a 22-10 run before the Bobcats could blink! The Bobcats did score the last four points of the quarter, but not before the Cats got into some major foul trouble. Due to the stupidity of the Bobcat coach Bogut picked up his third foul in just over three minutes into the game! Further coaching stupidity allowed Love to pick up his third just before the end of the first quarter! It should also be noted that Walker picked up his second foul late in the first.
The Bobcats closed to within 5 points by the end of the second quarter. Kemba picked up his third foul with 4:40 left in the second quarter.
In the third quarter the Lakers and Bobcats put on a good show. The Bobcats finished the quarter down 4 points despite being down by only one with 4:07 left in the quarter.
It looked like the Lakers were going to run away with the win in the fourth as the Lakers went on a 9-2 run to start the quarter to take a 57-46 lead. With 3:39 to go the Lakers were up 60-51 and it looked like the Bobcats were dead. Suddenly the Bobcats went on their biggest run of the game and tied the game at 62 with 1:17 left! The Lakers looked like they were going to win again with 42 seconds left when they went up by two points. But then, Eric Gordon broke out of his three point slump and swished a three from the left corner with 34 seconds left to give the Bobcats their first lead of the game! The Lakers came down the court and hit a two to go back up by one with 22 seconds left. The Bobcats then went down the floor and took their time before hit a two with 8 seconds left. The Lakers took a timeout. Predictably, the Lakers put the ball in the hands of Kobe. the Bobcats decided to send out one of the big guys to help pressure Kobe. Kobe could not get free and had to send up a 35 footer! With two guys pressuring him, Kobe was not able to hit the desperation shot and the Bobcats won in stunning fashion!

Odd Stat: Wilson Chandler went 1-7 from the three point line after lighting up from downtown the past few games.

The Next game is at New York and is the second of a Back-to-Back.
